I saw that too. Im in London and thought it was at first a firework but realised i never heard a rocket go up, or heard any noise as I was watching it.

I was going to put a post on here to see if anyone else saw it and obviously they did!!

Whats the furthest two points people can see the same meteor?

Yes in that area, i would say it was nearer to orion, however i had had a few jars did you see any colour

I think i saw the same thing while i was driving home from work.

i huge green/blue flash coming down at about 45 degrees in the western sky.

As i was driving i couldn't note which constelation(s) it was in.

i thought it was a firewok at first too, but only 1?

i'm glad others saw it too:)
