Skywatcher ED80 or WO Megrez 72 for DSO

Hello all

Does anybody have an opinion on which of these two scopes would be better for DSO imaging? I have been trying to make a decision and my head is spinning!

I asked exactly the same question on 'Equipment help' a few days ago... No one has replied yet :-)

I think the simple answer from what I've seen is that the M72, being faster, is a better bet... but will be a more costly option as it doesn't come with a finder or any extras.

I ordered an 80ED then changed my mind.. But the 80 is en-route now so I may as well stick with it for now and see how it goes :-)
