What galaxies can I see? 4.5 dob

I plan on keeping my 4.5 inch scope for awhile after I get my 10" anyway. I live in South Carolina, I don't know what my lat and long is, although I should learn. I'm more into nebulae, but I want to see all of the M objects eventually, and the only galaxy I've seen so far is andromeda.
