Polar Alignment

I need some help in advance of my EQ5's arrival. Before trying some more serious imaging, I do believe I'll need to get some seriously accurate polar alignment sorted. Do I need a Polar Scope? (well, too late, coz I've already posted a wanted ad in Member's Buy/Sell) Or is there a cheaper/quicker/more accurate method to be known about?

You dont need a polar scope to get a good polar alignment. In fact the best polar alignment is achieved WITHOUT a polar scope. Google for "Drift aligning" and you'll get some idea as to how to achieve it
