Is there a Weather station that can be used to collect data and then send that data via the internet to somewhere?

This looks good but i cant see if there is a way of dealing with the data

I still havent got round to sorting out a fanless server to do the same with mine...

Normally you use USB to connect the base unit to the PC and then software like Cumulus to put it onto a server...

Beware the spiders that take up residence in the rain gauge ! It has a lightweight tipping bucket arrangement and at the fulcrum of the tipper is a lovely niche either side of the bucket . I have twice had the problem so far with one spider in residence at each side .

My Air Duster aerosol blasted them out this last time .

The previous time I had to head up the ladder and unplug and bring down the gauge for internal inspection. The earlier residents were terminated/exterminated that time .

I have now acquired some 2 mm mesh HDPE plastic gauze and will be putting a rectangle of this below the bucket drop holes to keep them out ( I hope )

They are about as hardy and difficult to shift as the ones that reside in your driver side and passenger side mirrors on the car . Those seem to survive the pressure hose !
