Ian_A Posted October 24, 2010 Author Share Posted October 24, 2010 Upgrade from the 75mm cheapie to a Skywatcher explorer 200 with eq5 mount....Secondhand, but got for a very good price...Not sure the the eq5 is 100% working correct, the lock that hold the 51deg north does not seem to hold the head inplace ! I'll have to strip it and look at it tomorrow.....went out tonight....nice view of jupiter..i think motorised RA will be next maybe dual axis and a 10:1 focuser !overall very happy !
