Comet Hartley - 4th October 2010

A couple of shots over the rare four hours clear period we had tonight.

Just visible from my light polluted skies in binoculars.

First image taken with 80mm Equinox and Nikon D300. The second image was taken at prime focus on an 8" Skywatcher Newtonian also with the Nikon.

Boy is this comet moving!

Cant wait to catch this comet, but still pretty low for us in Aus.
