New mount, how to attach optics?

I have just acquired a Vixen Sphynx SX mount. What I need to know is how to attach my optics to it, I see all sorts of stuff out there but am not quite sure what I need and am worried that if I just plunge I might not get the right stuff or get stuff that I don't need because one item might cover several needs...

So to the above mount I need to attach, at various times:

Meade LX10 8" SCT (to be de-forked of course...)

Coronado Max Scope 40

Canon 1000d (for widefield, so needs to go straight on the mount).

The coronado currently piggy backs on the LX10's using the camera bracket, so possilby one piece of equipment might serve for both it and the camera.

FWIW the mount did come with an Astro Engineering Duo Mount.
