Very windy, poor seeing despite the conditions managed to do mosaic with DMK31, it would ve taken 60 pane with DMK21 type sized chip

Nice mosaic. Did you stack with ICE? There are a couple of panes where the edges are showing - towards the west limb - which sometimes happens in ICE. Not sure if there is a way round it!

I tried with ICE and it produced stitching artefacts just like you said. That is why I prefer Imerge, it is manual and rather simple tool but I like it.

Nice mosiac.

I think the reason you can see the edges is because some of the frames have different ranges (i.e. at least two of the frames are too dark) - you could try a levels adjustment on those to get a better match.

I could work on the exposure of some of the panes but was lazy to spend any more time on it than I already did
