Long threaded T thread extension?

I'm looking for a shortish T thread extension tube. However, I'm after something quite specific - I want it to have the section of outer (male) T thread to be at least 8mm long (project to improve usability of an off-axis guider). I have search the interweb, but with no success. Any ideas?

Have you looked at Teleskop Service ?

Thanks Dave, that's pretty much exactly what I was looking for.

Unfortunately to achieve what I wanted, I'd need both the female-to-female and male-to-male adaptors. That would be 33 euros + shipping to the UK. A bit beyond my budget for this idea, but thanks anyway.

keep an eye on astro boot, I bought a 3x piece xtension kit plus a male-male T-thread ring, very handy and all for almost nunpence
