SteadyPix afocal adapter

Hi,

I have come across this adapter which claims to fit any camera to any eyepiece (1.25"), and I am interested in buying. It seems a little strange though - how does that design let you move the camera left and right to line up with the lens? It seems as though you need the lens to be right in the middle of the camera because I can only see movement planes for forward and backward of the camera screw, and up and down for the eyepiece holder along the silver bar. I guess one way would be to mount the camera so that it is not facing forward and then twist the holder around the silver bar so that you get a line-up. Has anyone else used the product:
