Pacman - first light with the Astrotech (at last)

Recommended Posts

It's taken me all summer to sort out mounting the Astrotech side by side with my guide scope and finally got a session with it last night.

I've been having horrendous problems with guiding which I finally solved last night so some of the subs for this image are less than perfect and I will be returning to it ASAP for longer subs now I've got the guiding sub-pixel. I'm also managing without a field flattener at the moment so I've cropped the worst out of it.

However, as it's first light with the scope I couldn't resist posting the results. Hope you like it.
