What is cause these?

I'd say...

The one in the middle is a piece of crud in the optical train.. its a fair bit way away from the sensor as its "fuzzy"...

The gradient at the bottom.. I nearly always get that haven't got a clue where it comes from but flats seem to sort it...

Glow in the bottom corner ? If this is with the 450D had you been using liveview?

I agree about the blob... not sure on the glow along the bottom... but if you're using liveview and firing the exposure with liveview active, then the amp remains on for the entire exposure, and you're getting amp glow.
