mount connections

I have managed to get myself all confused ; over the last few weeks i have been putting together scopes, a mount ccd etc, just about all from here so thanks guys for that; however, now i have to connect both the scopes to the mount and there seems to be an enormous array of dovetails, vixens, losmandys, rings...................

scopes are a WO ZS66 (beamish) and a Meade 127 ED APO (from Italy) onto to an EQ6 (Eddie).

I presume that with all the adapters etc etc that there is probably more than one way to sort this, but i like simple. So long as it is effective, the simpler the better.

Does anyone have any suggestions please,

You really have two choices: Dual mounting bar or a piggyback system.

I think the EQ6 has a Vixen clamping block, so that would be the style of dovetail you'd need.

For piggyback, you need to check if you can bolt a minirail (like the ADM system) to the top of the rings on the Meade 127. Clamps and guide rings for the ADM rail are readily available in sizes from 75mm diameter to mount the WO.
