Autofocuser for Orion Optics Europa

I have the 10 inch Newtonian in the Europa variety and was wondering if aomething like the Skywatcher Autofocuser could be adapted to fit the Crayford I have on it.

The Crayford is fine but I do suffer a bit from arthritis in my fingers so an autofocuser would help. Sadly, I am not the practical sort and don't have the wherewithal to make anything anyway.

OO do a 'proper' version but it costs an arm and a leg. I also tried one from Switched Systems (now defunct I believe) and that wasn't very successful.

Any pointers/suggestions would be welcome.
