Polar alignment

Hi all,

I have been having alot of trouble polar aligning. Ive benn seaching the almighty GOOGLE, and i stumbled upon this site...

About 2/3 down the page there is a .zip file containing Polar finding software.

I am going to try it out tonight, and i hope that it work.

I hope this helps others with the same problem...

I have written an iPhone application that does a similar thing to that software and uses the Phone's GPS to pinpoint your location etc.

Its not released on the iTunes App Store yet as I'm still adding some finishing touches, but I may release it for free if people think it might be useful.

Now because the view in a polar scope is inverted.....to we invert the image in polar finder?

Yes - set polarfinder to 'view through telescope' its on the set-up menu. That inverts the view.
