A (too) warm, humid day with a hazy but reasonably transparent sky & moderate seeing.

Some nice quiescent prominences on view as well.

South west limb:

Transparency moderate (uniform haze). Seeing moderate with some boiling. Temperature 22C (am), 20C (pm). Wind S force 3-4 (am), N force 2 (pm).

These Images are so nice. Not a technical description, but I see them as quite beautiful.

I also like the filamentary detail in the ejections.

I have no Idea on exposure times on these, but quite fast I would say.

1/30 sec is usual for prominences - I use the gain to adjust the sensitivity; with the DMK21 and IC Capture the gain comes out around 500 for faint prominences, 350-400 for bright ones.

Going longer than 1/30 sec requires good seeing.
