The Group of stars beneath Mars

Can anyone please tell me what these are? on Stellarium these are about 1 1/2 degrees below Mars just to the right, i noticed them the other night and having looked on Stellarium, i still dont know what they are called:confused:

I think you will find it is M44 the Beehive Cluster. Hope thats helps

Thanks for that, i should have know what it was ive seen it plenty of times!

Its funny how when you just come across something without using GoTo that you dont realise what it is your looking at!

Yep.............right NOW the group of stars below Mars is M44/The Beehive.
