Anyone used a binoviewer with Intes Mak Newt

Hi. I am considering getting a 7 inch Intes Mak Newt. If so I would want to use my AP Barcon barlow to create about 2.5x mag to do planetary viewing with my Baader MkV binoviewer. Does anyone know if this will come to focus in a sensible place (ie not requiring long extension tubes)?

TBH, I'm not sure it would even come to focus. As I'm sure you know, newtonians don't have the longest range of focus travel and in my experience Mak-Newts aren't any different. I'd also guess that the occasional 'eyepiece in an uncomfortable position' issue would be made worse by adding binoviewers.
