Found a cheap way of blocking them darn orange street lights!!

Went to B & Q and Asda for my resources.

2 x 8ft black waste pipes (2in dia) + roll of rubble plastic rubbish bags.

Kept 5 bags in a row so did not split the perforations and unfolded.Stapled each width to top of each pole and there you have it! Very light and moveable so can go anyway if in the garden. Does need rising sometimes but easy to stand on a pot or two if needed! Terrible if a wind picks up but hey... £3.16 for both poles and £2.56 for bags... bargain!!
