DSS - Windows has encountered a problem

I've been using DSS V3.3.0 for ages with no problem.

I've updated to V3.3.2 for no other reason than it's newer. I keep getting a "Windows has encountered a problem and needs to restart" error at the point that the software finishes registering my subs and starts to stack the first one.

I've reinstalled V3.3.0 and the problem goes away. Anyone else seen this problem?

I am using V3.3.2.0 and it works just fine, have you got drizzle on?

No, drizzle is off.

I've downloaded the beta V3.3.3 and will give that ago on my backup PC.

For now V3.3.0 serves.
