Celestron CPC 925 Poor Finish

Recommended Posts

Hi

I will have to admit, I would of never settled for a shop demo as a replacement, I guess it was a brand new product you were purchasing in the first place.

If you buy something ONLINE, you recieve the goods, you inspect them, if they are not to your liking and not what you wanted, you have a 7 DAY cooling off period to call the supplier and cancel your order. You also have to write a letter confirming this within 7 Days.

Check this website (From the BBC) Gives an idea of your rights as at the end of the day you are not SEEING the exact product you are buying.

BBC - The One Show - Consumer Blog: Get your refund: Distance selling - download the letter

Always phone the company straight away, they know you probably do not know about the right to cancel in this way. Thats why they faf about and try and let the days pass by until you can't throw the (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 at them.

Hope it helps.

At least you got a scope in the end, and if you are happy then thats all that matters.

I am looking to get the exact scope for myself.

Regards

Karl
