Anybody built a barn door tracker big enough to sit a Dob. on yet? Or is that a daft idea?

Nearest I've had in my mind so far is to build a wedge base to

sit the Dob on to eliminate moving in Alt whilst tracking an object.

There's lots of motor driven platforms designs around but it would be nice

to try something different.

It would be a big barn door device :shock: might need to get in some more MDF
