Heelllo!

I've searched the forum read threads searched the web, online shops... :hello2: til my eyes bled.

Newbie as i am i cant really decide what to get. The scope is a

Sky-Watcher pro 80ed. I've decided to go for 2" EP's.

Considerd the Aero Ed 35mm for one To that id like something to

try the magnification on this one, perhaps 3-4mm something.

One more 2" between those and an 2" Ed Barlow.

For terrestrial use i thought of william optics 45 degree 2" erecting prism.

Suggestions, please :icon_eek:"mid quality not quantity"

The Aero ED is a relly nice eyepiece and will work well in the 80ED scope. If you could run to it I'd suggest the 16mm and 7mm Skywatcher Nirvanas - not 2" but excellent ultra-wide eyepieces. In fact if you got the 4mm Nirvana as well then you'd be really well set up :hello2:

Come to think of it I don't know of any 2" eyepieces much below 15mm focal length :icon_eek:

Nirvanas, yes ive considerd them also but

somehow im stuck on the 2" route :icon_eek:

And why is that they dont have any "shorter" 2 inchers?

The larger format only delivers benefits in longer focal lengths - 20mm and above really. Below that most people use the 1.25" format. The shortest FL 2" only eyepiece (as apposed to a hybrid) that I know of is a 15mm.

Baader Hyperions can be used in either 1.25" or 2" format so they might be worth considering.
