A couple of Moon shots from 30/11/09

Went out tonight to do some imaging, didn't care what as its been so long since I was out with the camera.

The Moon was almost full and very bright so that ruled out DSO's so out came the Neximage.

The 1st shot is with my C80ed, 0.5x reducer & uv/ir cut filter. 544 frames stacked and a little processing in Registax.

The 2nd shot is with my C80ed, Neximage reducer & uv/ir cut filter. 998 frames stacked and also a little processing in Registax. There is a little colour fringing in this one, I think it is coming from the Neximage reducer as I have never seen this with the scope.

This is the 1st time I have imaged he moon since last winter so I am fairly pleased with the results.

Posted those up there last night, never noticed they were bmp's and didnt go directly into the poting so here's the jpg's.
