Spotted a Rini 50mm FL 2" eyepiece with "T" mount thread for afocal work

on UK Astronomy buy & sell for £25.

Bought it and it arrived this morning.

Just been doing a daytime check that I can get focus etc pointing at Bolsover Castle

a few hundred yards from me.

The eyepiece is very nicely built and fits my Nikon 5400 "T" mount adaptor perfectly.

Results look promising, nice field of view both in and out of zoom.

The camera is solidly held to the scope using this 2" eyepiece.

Cant wait to try it out on some widefield shots when the next good sky arrives.

The 50mm eyepiece worked well on a first test on the sky.

Cloud stopped getting some more but this crop of a nice widefield

showing jupiter was ok.
