sky 6 shutter control

Hi all from Doncaster I visited the kelling starparty last week and got talking to someone who suggested I try here for some help.A long story but I will try to cut it short we are a local charity that takes children round the night sky,we recently bought a 3.5 meter sirius dome and would eventually like to control it remotley in the classroom the dome is built the mount is a g11 and we have sky6 pro using ascom and the tele api file we can control the scope and dome rotation but not the shutter via sky 6 it will work via the dome control software and yes the (has shutter control) box ticked any one any ideas ? able to offer some advice re your problem. Have you checked

users may have solved a similar problem.
