.....possibly.

Just popped out to put the car in the garage and looked up as I was locking the door.

Thought at first it was a Lyrid at first as it radiated from the direction of Vega but looking at the August Edition of Sky at Night the Kappa Cygnid radiant is in the direct line of sight of the Meteor.

Reasonably bright (Magnitude +1) no trail.

What a weird hobby this is. A chance glance up at the sky and I catch one meteor from a shower that is well past its best, in the evening which has a Peak Zenithal Hourly Rate of 3!

Didn't catch one Perseid the other week!!!
