That Planet X mob are a bunch of loons who have been predicting the appearance of Nibiru for years now. They've had to put back the date of the planets arrival at least twice to my knowledge.

Bwahahahahahahahha, total contradiction. We will become money independent and learn not to buy all the rubbish put to us, but in the last 10 mins the narrator is plugging his book :)

It is all based on IRAS infrared report from 1984 where Nasa said it found something. A local paper picked it and ran a story on it, before it was confirmed. After that the evidence was found to be a total mistake, but that only fuelled the tin foil hat brigade.
