Looking good tonight for the SW

Evening all,

looking good so far here in the south west. Hope that hole on sat24 stays there.

Going after m33 again, this time I've read up on using the setting gauges on the scope head, (doh! why didn't he do this last time, :iamwithstupid:heh heh)

Even Wifey is threatening to come out and watch tonight for the meteor shower..

What's the betting I get M33 nicely only to have it criss crossed with a load of meteor streaks..

Clear skies everyone....not bought anything for a few weeks soo....

Still looking good here, out with the scope, lappy and a couple of cans....no streaking meteors yet tho'...now where is M33 on these circle thingies....down and off to my left...low in ene not up yet I got to wait until it's east before I can start

hmm, just realised, that bright glow from the east is the moon....maybe another target for tonight then..
