In the past I may have had some issues with OpticStar in Manchester, but today they have proved how good they really are with regards to customers with faulty goods.

The LCD screen on my handset on my EQ6 Pro died and I could not use the mount without it as I couldn't even set the date or time.

A quick email to OpticStar - Peter in Manchester and they called the supplier explaining the problem. The result was they trusted me that the LCD was most likely faulty and to swap out as they would replace the item to OpticStar.

Peter let me have another handset from an unsold kit and did a direct swap out instead of me having to wait the 5 - 10 days for return and replacement.

So massive thanks to Peter and OpticStar Manchester for the excellent support to his customers.

I am a true believer of posting good news to balance out opinions.

So now I am back up and running again :)
