how to calculate spacers for EQ6

I wondered if any one knew how to calculate what thickness of spacers you need in an EQ6

Basically im doing a stripdown and re-grease of my EQ6 PRO and thought i would change the spacers , i have heard theres a certain way to do the calculation , you can download a progran of this place Rubylith | Saves Your Night Vision : Orion Atlas EQ-G Hypertune but i can not seem to get it to work

Any help would be much appreciated
