Pelican S2 channel (WIP)

Hello,

Just thought id post my S2 channel of my on going Pelican image. Just O3 to get now (actually aquiring it as i type) Really pleased how this has come out....

Nice Alan, I always seemed to get [removed word] all with [sII] when I tried, never had the patience for the hours and hours needed for tri-colour narrowband. Looking forward to the full version

based on the s2 data i think you will have a very nice image

showing the 3 channels lets others know how we e-line guys struggle for photons in the o3 and s2 channels compared to the Ha.

i really cant wait to see this pelican alan, the s2 has a very good SNR, which you dont see often.

if your sulphur is that good, how awesome must the Ha be?!

good luck with the flats, they can be a nightmare!

i was expecting a good Ha!...that however is excellent.

very sharp....excellent processing

sticking O3 and S2 on top of that Ha layer should do very nicely

We`ll see Paul, combining and colour balance is where i tend to stumble....i`m hopeful though.

with good SNR in O3 and S2, its much easier. Just make sure that you see a contribution from all 3 channels.....
