SCT crayford adjustment?

Hi all , Just recieved my Antares SCT Crayford (Oh Happy Day!)

Man these things are huge and worth every penny.

My question is how do i make the focusing knobs a little lighter to use,they seem a bit stiff .I have the feeling i read some where that they are adjustable but cant remember.

Can any one help?

I think if you look underneath the focuser you will see a four hex screws and one bigger hex screw, loosen the bigger one a fraction.
