M13 Re-visited 27/05/09

I decided to revisit M13 last night (my first pic here) this shot was taken 20 x 25secs at ISO1600 in Prime Focus w/ a 450D & SW200P then stacked in DSS.

Then Zoomed:

Coming along nicely...

Star color starting to show through, trackings getting better...

I'd say your well on your way

Good job Deneb, getting much better!

Do you have photoshop? If so give Gradient Exterminator a free trial. It will fix the background of your image really quick and easy.

The wide field one looks really good.

The focus looks good, I think that getting the tracking a little better and you're home dry!

For cleaner results, you would need to be taking flats too

thanks you chaps for your help, slowly getting better at this Deep Sky Imaging, I have downloaded Gradient Exterminator & just following the Basic Tutorial on RC Astro. Thanks Ant for the Link.

Just tryed playing with it with my image of Vega, WOW !

Im going to buy this plugin soon.
