Advice regarding my new Evostar 80ED DS Pro

Hello everybody, I have just received my new Skywatcher Evostar 80 ED DS Pro. I have been using it for the first time last knight. Wow what a scope, brilliant optics, objects are crystal clear. My only concern is of the focuser, if I have the star diagonal and any eye piece them adjust the mount at anything above 40deg the adjusting tube keeps slipping. I then have to adjust the tension screw on the bottom to stop it slipping, but then I cant adjust the properly, only the main one not the fine adjuster. Is this the norm with these scopes or is the a fault with my unit?
