Observing in Winchelsea?

We are off tomorrow for a few days by the sea in Winchelsea, and I'm thinking of taking my binoculars (or possibly the TV85). Are there any good places to observe in Winchelsea itself or in the nearby area? Preferably somewhere with parking and no lights .

anywhere along the back of the seawall between Winchelsea and whatever place it is to the west.

Thanks for the replies. Got here yesterday, and was very impressed with the lack of street lights. You are right there's loads of places that would be good. Only went in the back garden for a few minutes last night with the bins, saw M13 but not much else as wasn't out for long. But weather permitting it looks promissong for observing.
