Help locating a Meade Electronic Digital series telescope's series code

Good day everyone,

I am trying to find the series code of my Meade telescope. My dad bought it over 10 years ago and he lost the papers and I dont know much about it either. 

I hope someone can help me identify it. I'll share some photos of the telescope to help identifying it.
