Maximum weights for a NEQ6 mount

Hi what is the maximum counter weight i can use on a NEQ6 mount and a 12'' reflector, so i won't damage the mount and the latitude bolts. Thanks for reading.

Surely the maximum payload is already your limiter there, i.e. as long as your payload is within the specified limits, then the opposing counterweights should be within safe limits as well.

I used to have my 300p on and old black EQ6 syntrek. The scope weighs 25.5kg and I had the same weight in counterweights. No damage was done to the mount but it was a wobbly mess to use be honest. However using an electronic focuser and the mounts tracking does help with not having to touch the scope. 
 

I now use the same scope on an AZEQ6 which is a bit better but still get a wobbly image when touching the scope.
