Recently using Firecapture, my camera would only do 30 frames per sec instead of 60 frames per sec. In spite of searching through the settings, I could find no reason. Today, I changed to using Sharpcap, and was delighted to have the camera again back to 60 frames per second on full frame and faster when a smaller ROI is used. Any ideas?

From my experience, it may be related a number of drives you have. If you save your data on the same drive which is your system drive then the fps number may be affected by system operations like downloading update or so. My fps number grew significantly when I added secondary SSD which is dedicated for data only.
