Peltier upgrade for fan cooled Altair cmos cameras?

Fan cooled cameras turn up every now and then at significant discount. I was wondering if it is possible to add a Peltier to provide stable set point temperature? I am not dreaming about -20°C zero thermal noise shooting but a constant sub-ambient temperature would be great.

What's wrong with the original Tec double-Peltier?
