Maverik359
Hi I'm very new to astronomy and finally got out last night and took some pics, using my zwoasi662 camera, skywatcher explorer 150pds zwo focuser. I'm trying to begin processing I've managed to load, my lights, dark flats, bias/offset, darks, into Deepsky stacker. I've checked the frames, but I get an error message, saying. The checked pictures are not compatible: Height mismatch. I'm very new to this, but what have I done wrong? It won't go any further. Any help would be gratefully received, thank you. Pete. PeterCPC
You need to check that the image sizes are all the same. You can see their sizes once loaded into DSS.
Maverik359
I have checked and my darks are 1440 x 810, where as all the others are 1440 x 1080, is there a way to make them all the same size? Thank you. Pete.
PeterCPC
No. You will have to take the darks again. Try stacking without darks - see if the results are acceptable.
michael8554
The ZWO ASI 662 camera is 1920 x 1080. Did you select a "Region of Interest" setting to get darks 1440 x 810, others 1440 x 1080 ? Or the image downloads were corrupted. Michael
