M53

Decided to put M51 on back burner for moment, so inspired by other M53's on this site I decided to give it a quick  go

 

Telescope used: ES102mm APO AT f7 on a AVX mount

Camera  used: ZWO 385MC camera in  bottle 5 skies. 

Settings used , 

Gain 135 

Exposure 120s

Integration time around 1hour 

Darks and flats used, Finished in PS.

Of course pointers for improvement welcome

More, much more integration time, then it will look better. 😉

Open the AstroBin website, type name of the object or its catalogue number into a searching field to see how much time others need to reach expected results.

Will do 👍 Wanted to do a  quickie run to check out  new flat frames. Was having issues with them with my previous M51 image

Your new flats work well. I see slightly uneven background which would be darker anyway. 🙂
