New Baader Hyperion rubber eyepiece question

Hello All 

I have just received a new 24mm Hyperion and just curious if it is normal that the rubber eyepiece doesnt fit. Have tried fiddling with it. Has anyone else had the same. It is perfectly fine when unfolded just looks a bit ugly

A couple of mine are very similar but they are fine when the cup is raised into position. It must be the way the rubber stretches when folded down. All the best.
