Two different types?

Recommended Posts

I was recently looking around for some cheap camera to test with, and I found in a CN post that there were, in fact, TWO different kinds of the popular sv105. One is the normal sv105 and the other is the sv105c. This leads to a question, is the new one better for deep sky EAA? (And yes I know this is not a ideal camera but still). The specs are:

Exposure:

  • sv105:   0.5s max
  • sv105c: 1.0s max

Sensors:

  • sv105: OV2710
  • sv105c: IMX307

Pixel Size:

  • sv105: 3.0um
  • sv105c: 2.9um
