  1. I was recently looking around for some cheap camera to test with, and I found in a CN post that there were, in fact, TWO different kinds of the popular sv105. One is the normal sv105 and the other is the sv105c. This leads to a question, is the new one better for deep sky EAA? (And yes I know this is not a ideal camera but still). The specs are: Exposure: sv105: 0.5s max sv105c: 1.0s max Sensors: sv105: OV2710 sv105c: IMX307 Pixel Size: sv105: 3.0um sv105c: 2.9um The original post: https://www.cloudynights.com/topic/877382-svbony-105-vs-asi224-quick-comparison/?p=12864956
  2. It's a achromatic refractor and yeah, by classic I mean the refractor itself! It's a good planetary scope and honestly has a decent alt-az mount with some good plossl eyepieces!

    Hello

Hello! This is my first time posting here but I have been seeing these forums for the last 3 months! Lover of reflectors though I am starting with a classic refractor! I like EAA and astrophotography! Hopefully I can make some acquaintances😅 Starry Nights
