How long does it take for Astro Cooker to process a stacked photo?

I think it depends on how busy the servers are, I've had images processed in approx 10 mins or less and others failed to process as after 30 mins. These are large stacked fits files approx 300mb.

It's not just down rather it's suspended. The person behind has been asked to cease using certain software and is looking for an alternate to do the same service.
