sharpcap users help please

Hi 

I have being using same set up for nearly a year now. Everything was going good till this evening and the gremlins have arrived

For some reason i cannot adjust the exposure slider in sharpcap not even clicking on the LX tab. Every other slider in sharpcap settings work apart from the exposure one. Any tips to how i can get this exposure slider to work please
