new forecast for the peak of cycle 25

NOAA has updated its forecast for the current solar cycle 25 peak. Previouly they expected it to peak in 2025. The new forecast predicts an earlier peak in 2024. Good news for the solar eclipse watchers in April 2024. Also earlier peaks traditionally mean a stronger cycle.

Interestingly the past few weeks have been very quiet from what I have seen.
