DSLR dark files, sort by exif temperature ?

Any suggestions for a software (windows pref) to sort my darks into folders according to their temperature. 

Until now I have just been using Lights + Bias, as per various suggestions on the forum,  but plenty of cloudy nights to spend time on the computer to see if a load of darks would in fact make any difference !
I know my Canon 60D CR2 raws have only the camera temperature not the sensor temperature and the temps are all over the place depending on when and how they are taken. Failing a setpoint camera it is all I have to play with .

Exiftool can probably do it.

It is a command line application so you would have to work out the required parameters.  There are general instructions on the website.
